The Canadian Institute for International Law Expertise (CIFILE) seeks to promote the implementation of international law in the world.
All scholars and researchers in international law which they are Member of CIFILE are welcome to participate in contribution of CIFILE Online Journal.
CIFILE will publish briefing materials especially regarding to new approach of practice and implementation of International law in the world.
CIFILE seeks to ensure that States, International Organizations, NGO, policy makers, national focal points and civil society have access to the international legal information.
CIFILE Online Journal and publications will enhance the access of legal information (not Legal advice) to the governmental institution and public in order to promote to build capacity for effective implementation of international law.
Guide for Authors
CIFILE Online Journal is a peer review Online open access of the Canadian Institute for International Law Expertise (CIFILE). CIFILE Online Journal publishes original research papers, commentaries, case reports, research notes, short communications and review papers on various aspects of International law. Authors should submit their contributions electronically via email: email@example.com with a resume attached. Manuscripts must be submitted only in English or French. It should be written according to sound grammar and proper terminology. All manuscripts should be typed in Times New Roman of 11 pt. font and in MS-word 2003 format in one column with 2.5 cm margin at each side. The literature and tenses must be written based on the passive 3rd. person and should be structured as: Title; Running title; Abstract; Keywords; Introduction; Materials and Methods; Results and Discussion; Conclusion and References submitted in a file with limited size. Manuscript must be accompanied by a covering letter and resume of the author or authors. Papers submitted for online publication should describe high quality original work, not previously partially or fully published elsewhere; that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere; that its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities-tacitly or explicitly-at the institute where the work has been carried out. It is important to note that CIFILE will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation. Citing and listing of Web references is based on the APA citation basics.
