Mr. Xavier-Philippe Gruwez is a lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Paris for nearly 25 years. He was sworn in Paris Bar in 1993, after a double training in public law and private law. He began his career in law firms specializing in banking law, insurance law and construction. He specializes in these areas and then intervenes in the interest of large insurance companies and French companies to local services in the sectors of water, energy and the environment. He founded his own firm in 1998, then he is recruited by the firm of Booz Allen & Hamilton, consultants in corporate strategy, which he joined in London in 2001 as a consultant within the transport group, to participate in the mission to advise the association areas of France to carry out monitoring the decentralization of services TER-SNCF provided by law SRU, and advises the regions of France on decentralization of rail transport services for passengers and negotiation of regional conventions exploitation of TER-SNCF.
