Medical Inadmissibility

According to Immigration Canada, if you apply to come to Canada, you must comply with all inadmissibility rules to enter the country. This includes medical inadmissibility. Inadmissibility for medical reasons applies to anyone who applies for a visit, study, work or permanent residence in Canada. Medical inadmissibility is possible for 3 reasons: Danger to public health, Danger to public safety and Excessive demand for health or social services.
