Bilateral Cooperation Protocol between the Near East University and the Canadian Institute For International Law Expertise (CIFILE)
The Canadian Institute for International Law Expertise (CIFILE) and the Near East University, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, signed a protocol of cooperation to develop educational and research opportunities for both parties in November 2022.
Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kurt Vice Rector of Near East University For Rectorate, Near East University, North Cyprus and Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Gökçekuş Board Chairman of Energy, Environment, and Water Research Center (ENÇESU), Dean- Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering; Near East University, North Cyprus, and Dr. Abbas Poorhashemi, the President of the Canadian Institute for International Law Expertise (CIFILE) signed the protocol of cooperation.
This protocol takes effect between the TRNC Near East University and the Canadian Institute for International Law Expertise (CIFILE), intending to encourage research, education and training activities in line with their mutual interest and the relations and cooperation between the researchers and students of both research center and institute, develop the existing ones and ensuring the common use of the results of the research studies and publishing them, sharing and transferring the understanding of education and experiences between the scientific organizations of the parties, realizing the basic purpose of this protocol, and mutually accepting and undertaking the following articles, and the terms and conditions for the implementation of this protocol.

L’Institut canadien d’expertise en droit international (CIFILE) et l’Université du Proche-Orient, Faculté de génie civil et environnemental a signé un protocole de coopération pour développer des opportunités d’éducation et de recherche pour les deux parties en novembre 2022.
Ce protocole d’entente a été signé par le professeur Dr Mustafa Kurt, vice-recteur de l’Université du Proche-Orient pour le rectorat, Université du Proche-Orient, Chypre du Nord et Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Gökçekuş président du conseil d’administration du Centre de recherche sur l’énergie, l’environnement et l’eau (ENÇESU-2019); Doyen- Faculté de génie civil et environnemental ; Near East University, Chypre du Nord, et Dr. Abbas Poorhashemi, président de l’Institut canadien d’expertise en droit international (CIFILE).
