Introduction
Canadian Institute for International Law Expertise (CIFILE), in cooperation with the Kuwait Bar Association, undertakes training in international law for law professionals such as lawyers, law students and law firms.
Description
The seminar is designed for lawyers, Students of law and postgraduate students in law, young academics, and government officials as well as young lawyers in the field of national and international law, in order to update their knowledge on the codification and progressive development of international law. This seminar provides training in international law, especially in International Environmental Law, Intellectual Property Law and European Law.
Objectives
- Understanding recent development of international law;
- Learning more about international law institutions;
- Acquiring practical knowledge in international environmental law;
- Achieving knowledge in International Intellectual Property Law;
- Acquiring practical knowledge of European law.
