Vincenzo Ferraro (1975) Graduated from Università degli Studi di Pisa in the Law Faculty in 1998/1999, discussing a thesis, in Public Law (Le conseguenze della riforma regolamentare del 1997 sulla sessione di bilancio), by the evaluation of 110/110 cum laude; Vincenzo Ferraro has also got a degree (in 1999/2000) at Scuola Superiore di Studi Universitari e di Perfezionamento S.Anna (University on the Ecole Normale Superieur de Paris’ model), in Pisa, in the Social Sciences’s Class (in the Sector of Law) – the thesis was on La fase ascendente nell’adozione degli atti normativi comunitari.
