Canada welcome more than 250,000 international students and has experienced a significant increase in the demand for international students in recent years. Canada has 12 universities ranked in the Top 200 of the Times Higher Education Supplement. This strong education system (as well as its economy and quality of life) has earned Canada the designation of the United Nations as one of the best places in the world to live.
Canada offers valuable benefits to international students, including:
– work while studying;
Your Canadian Study Permit not only grants you the right to attend a university or college, it also gives you the right to work off campus up to 20 hours a week during regular sessions and during academic breaks.
– bring a family member to join the student in Canada;
You can arrange for your spouse or common-law partner to join you in Canada, as well as your dependent children. Your spouse / partner can apply for an open work permit to come to Canada and work for any employer, while your children can also join you. In addition, you can also ask other family members, such as parents and siblings, to visit you in Canada.
– scholarship opportunities;
The Canadian government and many post-secondary institutions offer international students the opportunity to obtain scholarships, scholarships or scholarships to finance their studies.
Unlike a loan, money received from a scholarship program does not need to be repaid.
– Obtain a post-graduation work permit (PGWP);
Under the post-graduation work permit program, a foreign student can obtain a work permit for up to three years, depending on the duration of his or her program of study, up to three years. The PGWP can be viewed as a great path to a successful career in Canada and to permanent residence in Canada.
– Pathway to permanent residence and, ultimately, Canadian citizenship.
Some provinces have certain advantages that allow international students graduating from Canadian universities and colleges to participate in their Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
However, the applicant must meet several requirements and considerations. The process of obtaining a study and university admission permit is a long and tedious process. You can read more at https://www.canada.ca
